Common Questions
How far in advance should I approach you?
For wedding suites and full celebration branding, we recommend approaching us 8 to 12 weeks before your event. For digital invitations, 3 to 4 weeks is typically sufficient. Priority commissions are available at an additional charge.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
All prices shown are exclusive of GST at 18%. A detailed proposal including all applicable taxes is provided upon enquiry, before any commitment is made.
What is your payment structure?
We require 50% in advance to begin your commission, with the balance due prior to final delivery. For commissions above ₹1,00,000 we offer a three-instalment arrangement on request.
Can I request something not listed here?
Many of our most celebrated commissions began with a brief that did not fit any category. Please reach out and describe your vision — we will design a proposal around it.
Do you work with clients outside Jaipur?
Yes. All digital commissions are fulfilled remotely. Print suites are dispatched across India, with international shipping available for our premium collections.
