The Atelier Process
Every commission follows a carefully considered process — not a production line. We limit our intake deliberately to ensure your work receives our full attention.
Discovery Consultation
We begin with a private conversation — by phone, video, or in person for Jaipur clients. We want to understand your occasion, your aesthetic sensibility, your guests, and most importantly, the feeling you want your invitation to create. There is no brief to fill in at this stage; we listen.
Bespoke Proposal
Within 48 hours we send a tailored creative proposal — scope, timeline, investment, and a mood board that captures the visual world we envision for your celebration. No templates. Every proposal is written from scratch.
Concept Development
Upon confirmation and receipt of the advance, we develop your concept — typography, colour palette, illustration style, motifs, and motion treatment. For our Atelier tier, this includes the miniature portrait artwork. We present one or two distinct creative directions for your selection.
Refinement
You review, we refine. We take your feedback seriously — not as a check-box exercise but as a genuine collaboration. Each revision round is thoughtful. We will tell you honestly if a direction works against the elegance we have built together.
White-Glove Delivery
Digital: final files delivered in all required formats with guest personalisation applied. Printed: suites dispatched in custom packaging with a handwritten note. For Atelier tier clients, we include a personal call to walk through the final delivery.
What We Commit to Every Client
Limited Intake
We accept a finite number of commissions each season. Your work will never be rushed because of volume.
No Templates
Every design is conceived and built from scratch. You will not receive a reskinned version of someone else's wedding.
48-Hour Response
Every enquiry, question, and revision request is acknowledged within 24 hours and actioned within 48.
Complete Discretion
Your details, designs, and celebration information are held in complete confidence and never shared.
